New Single Family Construction Builder, Field Superintendent / Manager
Growing Homebuilding company in need of experienced new single-family home Construction Builder, Field Superintendent / Manager in Parker county. Candidates to have excellent business communication business skills as they will have conversations with City Inspectors, Subcontractors, Clients, Office & Management personnel. Must possess the following abilities:
· Review and interpret house plans
· Build according to plans
· On job site supervision of the construction and subcontractors
· Maintain a clean job site
· Acquire and Schedule subcontractors
· Insure on the job safety and material security
· Build house cost effectively
· Review and approve invoices while maintaining budget
· Attend and participate in Construction Meetings with Management and clients
· Effective business communication, verbal and written
· Ability to follow precise instructions given
· Timely response and communication on Warranty items to subcontractors and clients
· Provide job reports and updates as requested

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
