Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Red Light Therapy Sales Consultant, dedicating one day per week to promote innovative wellness solutions through engaging product demonstrations and personalized customer interactions. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to educate clients about the benefits of red light therapy, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth within your designated territory. Duties
- Meet individually with prospective red light therapy clients
- Explain how red light therapy works and discuss its potential applications, including skin health, recovery, inflammation support, overall wellness, and body-contouring or weight-management goals
- Answer questions clearly and confidently using West Coast Wellness' approved educational materials
- Recommend appropriate treatment packages based on each client’s goals
- Follow up with interested clients and convert consultations into treatment sales
- Create a welcoming, comfortable, and pressure-free client experience
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and sales utilizing our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Provide technical guidance on product features, ensuring clients understand how red light therapy can meet their health and wellness needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed weekly sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.
Experience
- Has experience in consultative sales, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, fitness, medical services, or body contouring
- Is familiar with red light therapy or enthusiastic about learning it in depth
- Communicates warmly and makes clients feel comfortable discussing personal wellness goals
- Can educate clients without making exaggerated promises or using high-pressure sales tactics
- Is confident asking for the sale and motivated by commission
- Is reliable, professional, organized, and available one consistent day each week
- Has experience working with a primarily female clientele; this is strongly preferred
Compensation and Schedule
- One consistent day per week at our San Diego location in Mission Valley
- $30 per hour plus 15% commission on personally generated treatment sales
- Guaranteed minimum compensation of $300 for a full scheduled day
- Opportunity for the role to grow as the program expands

West Coast Wellness was originally a Men's Health clinic that is expanding into the wellness industry with the acquisition of the medical grade Renu Red Light Therapy Bed that has not only been successful in helping men with their sexual wellness, but also in treating conditions including neuropathy, chronic pain, ed and most recently helping several of our patients lose weight. As we begin to expand our practice to include women, we are excited about extending this amazing technology to a wider demographic of patients.
