Where you can make a difference.
- Monitor pool access gates and conduct personal items checks for guest
- Daily patrols around pool decks ensure resort policy is adhered to
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections, daily safety checks
- Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations
- Defuse guest disturbances and escort individuals from the pool area if necessary
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties for reported incidents
- Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all safety and security documents
- Lost and Found function, includes pick up and guest inquiry
- Working conditions; Outside, staff should follow all heat related procedures
- Partner with housekeeping and engineering department to address all safety hazards found
- Completed First Aid/CPR training course; Conducted at property
- Opening and closing of safety and security command post at pool decks; portable AC coolers, first aid items, guest items and checking pool access gates
- Interacting directly with Owners and guests from the time they arrive on property until they depart.
