We're looking for a creative, organized, and personable Social Media Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, and connecting with customers. You'll help showcase our brand while occasionally assisting with customer service to ensure every client has an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and identify creative content opportunities.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Occasionally assist with customer service, including answering customer questions online or in-store.
- Support special events, promotions, and product launches by capturing content and interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns and new ideas.
Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
