Position Summary:
Northwest Respiratory Services is hiring a second or third shift Transfill Operator. This position ensures that all cylinders are filled with oxygen and are in accordance with the Federal Drug Administration (FDS) and Compressed Gas Associations (CGA).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill, test, and maintain all gas cylinders and/or liquid oxygen bulk tanks using the guidelines of the FDA, CGA, and CGMP

Assist in tracking all cylinder lot numbers for the purpose of recall issues

Maintain all transfill equipment following the manufacturers procedures in their technical manuals

Clean and maintain transfill areas in accordance with NRS's current manufacturing practices
- Assist in reconciling and tracking of cylinder labels used

Maintain a working knowledge of the NRS Policy and Procedure Manual

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma, or general education degree, or one to three months related experience.
- Ability to speak and communicate well. Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions
- Ability to work independently with little supervisor and process orders in a timely, accurate manner
- Ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all unites of measure. Ability to document accurately and neatly
- Actively promotes and personally observes all safety and security procedures, and uses all equipment and materials properly
