Job Overview
Loria Medical Group is a leader in men's health and cosmetic enhancement services, specializing in a proprietary permanent male enhancement procedure. We are seeking a confident, professional, and highly motivated Sales Representative / Patient Consultant to join our Charlotte team.
In this role, you will speak with prospective patients, educate them about our services, answer questions, and guide them through the consultation and decision-making process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable discussing sensitive health topics with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual who enjoys helping clients achieve greater confidence while earning uncapped commission potential.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective patients via phone, email, text, and in-person consultations
- Educate patients about Loria Medical Group's permanent male enhancement procedure and related services
- Build rapport and establish trust with patients throughout the consultation process
- Explain treatment options, pricing, financing options, and scheduling procedures
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication through the sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and patient management systems
- Coordinate with medical staff and office personnel to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy standards at all times
- Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong closing skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable discussing men's health and cosmetic enhancement procedures professionally
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance incentives
- Experience in medical sales, aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or elective procedures is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
