What You’ll Do
Lead Financial Operations: Direct accounting, payroll, business systems, monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
Partner with Operations: Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Executive Leadership to improve job costing, WIP reporting, project profitability, and operational decision making.
Build Better Systems: Lead ERP improvements, reporting enhancements, financial controls, and process improvements that support continued company growth.
Develop Great People: Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing Accounting and Business Systems team while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive Financial Excellence: Oversee audits, strengthen internal controls, improve financial reporting, and ensure compliance across multiple business entities.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Controller-level accounting experience with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls.
