Position Summary
The Project & Installation Coordinator will ensure the success of a project from the quote being signed to project completion by working closely with the customer and internal departments. Serves as a point of contact for internal teams to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Coordinate project activities from quote acceptance through project completion
· On site installation training, support and oversight as needed
· Gather load test information from customer
· Assist customer with equipment purchasing/rental and set up from start to finish
· Main point of contact between customers and production on lead times/delivery dates
· Communicate with finance on payments for scheduling
· Willing to travel on short notice
· Provide a summary and report on project progress
· Provide information on items impacting the project schedule & delays
· Monitor project schedules and communicate potential delays or risks
· Document changes integrated into the project schedule
· Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
· Applies working knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc.
· Build strong working relationships with customers throughout project execution
· Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure equipment is available and project requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Willing to travel up to 50%
· Experience reading structural and foundation plan sets, including verifying project and pile elevations, or willingness to learn that skill
· Experience in construction project management and time spent in the deep foundation industry a plus
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
· Great communicator internally and externally
· Superior attention to detail
· Must have authorization to work in the United States
· Must have the ability to read/write and understand both verbal and written work instructions, work orders and customer specifications
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Able to work in open office space environment
On Job Sites:
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
- Able to stand (70%); walk (10%); stoop, kneel, bend or crouch (20%), as required
- Frequent twisting, horizontal reaching, upper extremity push/pull, bending
- Able to wear required PPE; ear plugs, safety glasses, hard hat, safety vest, steel toed boots when on site

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
