Kadon Precision Machining is seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support our shipping, inventory, and production teams. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to build a career in manufacturing.
Essential Responsibilities

Pack finished products securely for shipment.

Create and apply shipping labels.

Move materials and finished parts throughout the facility.

Pull inventory for production and customer orders.

Verify parts and quantities against work orders and packing lists.

Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.

Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials.

Perform basic inventory counts as needed.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Support other departments with general labor tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
