We are looking for a professional Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will focus on what you do best: solving problems and completing high-quality home repairs and improvements for our customers.
We do things differently here. You are a valued W2 employee, not an independent contractor. We handle all the marketing, scheduling, and billing so you can enjoy a stable, predictable workweek with the backing of a highly trusted brand.
On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential and light commercial properties to complete a variety of small-to-medium maintenance and repair projects. Your tasks will change daily, ranging from installing a new front door or patching drywall to fixing a leaky faucet or repairing a deck.

Building trust with customers through clear, polite communication and professional service.
Working closely with our office dispatch team to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

At least 5 years of professional experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or various building trades.
A diverse skill set that includes basic carpentry, drywall repair, and other various Handyman tasks.
Your own standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for everyday home repairs.
A valid driver's license and a reliable, clean vehicle to travel to job sites.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Experience using smart devices (phones or tablets) for scheduling and dispatching apps.
Specialized skills in tile installation, cabinetry, or finish carpentry, tile etc.
Experience providing basic material and time estimates for repair projects.
