We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Seasonal Farm Hand to join our crew during our peak harvesting season. You will focus primarily on field tasks, crop maintenance, and preparing our products for market. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
This job is physically demaninding and requires outdoor work everyday. We harvest everyday from 7-12 and process indoors twice a week from 2-6pm. Offer an end of season bonus for staying through the fulol harvest season. Typically work through September and potenially through October for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Weeding: Remove weeds by hand or with basic tools to ensure healthy crop growth.
- Harvesting: Pick and gather mature crops efficiently and with care to avoid damage.
Sorting: Inspect, grade, and organize harvested crops based on quality and size standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.95 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
