MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical is a full-service commercial HVAC contractor specializing in customized Planned Maintenance Programs for commercial, manufacturing, and industrial facilities. In addition to preventative maintenance, we provide service, repair, replacement, and installation solutions.
Who are You at MacLellan?
As the HVAC Planned Maintenance Sales Executive, you are part of Best People. Using our Best Systems, you will play a key role in expanding MacLellan's presence by driving new business development and growing our planned maintenance customer base. This position is responsible for building lasting customer relationships through new customer acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and developing customized maintenance solutions that create long-term value for our clients.

What are the HVAC Planned Maintenance Sales Executive skills necessary for success?

What HVAC Planned Maintenance Sales Executive experience is needed for success?
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in HVAC planned maintenance sales is a plus.
- Technical mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to prospect new customers, perform on-site equipment surveys, develop customized planned maintenance programs, present proposals, and close new maintenance agreements.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
- After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
- Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
Post-Employment Drug Testing:
- All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
