Complete general Customer Service tasks while maintaining efficiency in Customer Service team procedures. Primary responsibilities include quoting parts, processing orders, scheduling field service, and securing existing customers on annual service contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Directly respond to customer inquiries, or delegate to appropriate internal channels
· Provide timely and efficient follow-up to customer requests/concerns
· Coordinate Services Scheduling to ensure accurate, timely appointment setting for customers
· Quote parts and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Enter service tickets into the ticket system, direct them to the correct department, and relay the solution back to the customer
· Secure existing customers on annual service contracts
Skills Required:
· Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Good communication skills
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Produce steady income growth by:
· Developing efficient standards and practices for the Customer Service team that result in both rapid response times and accuracy to Customer requests
· Securing annual service contracts with existing customers through proactive outreach
Pay Scale: Starting range of $17- $20 based on experience.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
