CDL Mobile Concrete Operator

Uniform Concrete is seeking dependable, safety-focused CDL Mobile Concrete Operators to join our growing team. This is more than a driving position—you’ll operate a state-of-the-art volumetric concrete mixer, produce concrete on-site, and help contractors complete projects efficiently throughout Coastal Georgia and South Carolina.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a CDL-equipped volumetric concrete truck.
- Batch and produce concrete on-site to customer specifications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to contractors, homeowners, and commercial clients.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery tickets and job documentation.
- Clean and maintain the truck and equipment daily.
- Monitor concrete quality, slump, and mix consistency.
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and customer communication.
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
- Represent Uniform Concrete professionally at every jobsite.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (with acceptable driving record).
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties.
Concrete experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right individual who has the right attitude and work ethic.
