We operate Vanalyzer (app.projectvanlife.com), the leading tool for matching buyers with the right rig, and we partner with dealerships to connect a passionate, digitally-savvy customer base with the vehicles and experiences they're looking for. We're scaling quickly — expanding our dealership network, product offerings, and team — and this role sits right at the intersection of customer experience and operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Customer Service Coordinator to be the friendly face and organized backbone of our RV dealership. You'll be the first point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, managing follow-ups, coordinating between departments, and making sure every buyer walks away happy. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 20 hours per week on-site at our South Dakota location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate service appointments, delivery schedules, and post-sale follow-up
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and dealership management software
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, escalating when needed
- Track customer feedback and surface opportunities to improve the overall experience
- Support administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and data entry
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently based in South Dakota (required)
- Experience in an RV dealership or automotive/powersports environment strongly preferred
- Genuinely tech-forward: comfortable with CRM tools, dealership management systems, and digital communication platforms
- Strong communicator — warm, professional, and clear in person and in writing
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in both on-site and remote/hybrid settings
- Comfortable working within established SOPs and able to follow processes consistently without needing to reinvent the wheel
- Passion for the RV and outdoor lifestyle is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $40,000–$48,000/year, depending on experience
- Signing bonus: $3,000–$4,000
- Flexible hybrid schedule with minimum 20 hours/week on-site

LOCATION REQUIREMENT
Candidates must currently reside in South Dakota or be fully prepared to relocate prior to their start date. We are unable to consider applications from outside this state at this time.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
