Brown's Interiors is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Salesperson to join our growing
team. We are a locally owned flooring and interiors company that has proudly served the
community for over 40 years. If you enjoy working with customers, have a passion for sales, and

Position Overview
Assist customers with selecting flooring and interior products including carpet, luxury vinyl plank
(LVP), hardwood, laminate, and more. Manage projects from estimate through completion.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and follow up on leads
- Prepare estimates and sales orders
- Coordinate with installers, vendors, and customers
- Maintain showroom appearance and product knowledge
- Build long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience required
- Flooring or home improvement experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to close sales
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Compensation
Base Pay plus Commission

Full-time. Weekend availability may be required.
