Are you experienced with 53' flatbed and know the DOT cargo securement rules? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our operations team and help ensure every load leaves the shipper safely and legally.
What You'll Do
- Review photos submitted by drivers from the pickup location.
- Verify that each flatbed load is properly secured before the truck departs.
- Ensure all securement meets DOT regulations, FMCSA cargo securement requirements, and company safety standards.
- Identify securement issues and provide clear instructions to drivers when corrections are needed.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and dispatch team to keep loads safe and compliant.
Requirements
- 5 + years of previous driving experience with a 53' flatbed trailer is required.
- Strong knowledge of flatbed cargo securement and DOT regulations.
- Previous flatbed or open deck experience is required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
