Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to lead schedule development and management for large-scale data center and semiconductor projects. The Construction Scheduler will create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate milestones across design, procurement, and construction, and ensure on-time delivery in mission-critical environments. This role requires strong technical scheduling skills, proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, and Box, and the ability to collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Regular travel to project sites is required.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for data center and semiconductor construction programs using Primavera P6.

Create baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules; perform critical path analysis and resource leveling to drive project performance.

Coordinate schedule inputs and updates across stakeholders including owners, general contractors, MEP trades, and specialty contractors in mission-critical environments.

Integrate procurement, long-lead equipment, and commissioning activities into the master schedule to ensure cohesive sequencing.

Use Bluebeam and Autodesk Build to review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction logs and ensure schedule alignment with document revisions.

Manage document control and schedule artifacts within Box and other project collaboration platforms.

Monitor schedule performance, produce weekly and monthly reports, and present schedule status and recovery plans to project leadership.

Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies; track change orders and incorporate schedule impacts.

Support construction sequencing, turnover, and commissioning planning to minimize downtime and meet mission-critical reliability requirements.

Travel to project sites for schedule coordination meetings, progress assessments, and stakeholder workshops as required.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects, with direct experience in data centers and/or semiconductor facilities preferred.

Proven proficiency with Primavera P6 (scheduling), Bluebeam (markups and document review), Autodesk Build (construction management), and Box (document management).

Experience working in mission-critical environments with an understanding of uptime, redundancy, and commissioning requirements.

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, and long-lead procurement impacts.

Excellent analytical skills with experience performing critical path analyses, schedule risk assessments, and recovery planning.

Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate schedule coordination meetings.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites.
