We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner with experience and passion in wellness, longevity, weight management, and hormone optimization.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Certification or advanced training in weight management
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy, including creams, sprays, gels, patches, pellets, and injectables
- A passion for spending meaningful time with patients, providing nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle counseling
- A strong clinical background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Women’s Health
- Current and active national NP certification, maintained in good standing
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
Start date is flexible, though ideally within the next 2–4 weeks.
Pay dependent on experience.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
