ScandyCandy is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Coconut Grove team.
Our store is filled with vibrant Scandinavian candy, stylish displays, and a fun, modern atmosphere that makes every visit memorable. As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team, support daily store operations, and make sure every customer has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
- Help train, coach, and motivate team members
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain overall store appearance
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering or restocking needs
- Ensure all products meet freshness and quality standards
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Assist with merchandising, packaging, and in-store events as needed
- Lead by example and help ensure the team follows store policies and procedures
About You
- Friendly, reliable, and focused on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable taking initiative and helping guide a team
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, positive, and adaptable to store needs
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
