We are looking for a Field Supervisor who will take ownership of safety, performance, quality control, and team leadership across multiple projects.

Mission of the Role
The Field Supervisor ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and at ACP standards — while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. You will lead field teams, support Job Leaders, and ensure every project represents ACP at the highest level.
What Success Looks Like
- Deliver projects on schedule and at ACP quality standards
- Maintain strong customer relationships and positive reviews
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management
- Support Job Leaders in creating clear job “game plans”
- Conduct daily job site visits to ensure performance and quality
- Monitor attendance, professionalism, appearance, and equipment usage
- Provide performance evaluations and continuous feedback
- Support team development and professional growth
- Foster a positive, healthy work culture aligned with ACP values
Project Execution & Quality Control
- Troubleshoot job-site challenges and escalate when necessary
- Minimize product and material waste
- Ensure proper job documentation and daily reporting
- Evaluate and schedule warranty or touch-up work
Operational Oversight
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of job-site safety practices
- Knowledge of painting products and processes
- Proven leadership and crew management ability
- Ability to document daily activities and maintain organization
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hold teams accountable while developing people
- Professional customer communication skills

Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base compensation of $47,000 for the first three months moving up to $48,000 after that and annual pay raises moving forward.
- Quarterly Performance-based bonuses ranging from $1,000 – $4,500, based on profit performance
- Opportunity to grow within a high-performing operations team
