*Must have crane operator certificate
Lead the sign crew in preparing trucks and materials necessary for the completion of the sign work.
Ability to drive and operate equipment safely and correctly.
Ability to learn the necessary procedures to install sign assemblies.
Past experience operating a crane boom truck or a larger crane is REQUIRED. Training will be provided for applicant with minimal auger operations.
Review/Prep employee time cards for division manager.
Process daily production reports.
Ability to coordinate work decisions with management.
Some travel required. Typically no weekend work. All in the state of Florida. Local work to Tampa as well as travel work.
Experience:
- Valid CDL A or B Driver License, or the ability to obtain one, for the State of Florida.
- Familiarity with operating front-end loaders and pneumatic tools.
- Successful leadership as a foreman or equivalent.
- Ability to read project plans.
- Any construction-based certifications helpful.
- *Must have crane operator certificate for bonus offer.
