What You'll Do Every Day
- Get on the phone with small business owners who are actively looking for funding
- Work our dialer daily — reaching warm, responsive leads generated by our own marketing team
- Build rapport fast, ask the right questions, handle objections, and move the conversation forward
- Guide business owners through the funding application process
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups through our CRM
- Work fast — deals close in 24 to 48 hours, not months

Compensation
This is a commission role with a weekly guarantee.
The guarantee is your floor — a weekly guarantee (this is the hourly rate shown above) that gives you real stability while you find your rhythm and learn the product. It's not a draw; you never pay it back. It's there so you can focus on getting good instead of stressing about your early checks.
The commission is where the real money is. Because we generate our own leads and deals move in days, the earning potential here is real. Our solid closers consistently take home $20,000-$25,000 a month, and our top performers clear $40,000+. It's commission, so there's no ceiling — the more you close, the more you make. These numbers come from working a full pipeline every day, not from one lucky month.

Who We're Looking For
You don't need to know anything about business funding — we'll teach you. But you do need to be someone who can sell, or who has the raw instinct to learn fast.
Relevant sales experience is a strong plus — phone sales, B2B, appointment setting, closing, or anything where you were responsible for moving people to a decision. General retail or order-taking isn't quite the same thing, and that's okay — what we care about is whether you can persuade.
No sales background? You can still be a great fit if you're:
