We specialize in hosting private birthday parties for children, along with open play sessions and youth soccer programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, managing events, and creating a fun experience for kids and families. The Weekend Manager will oversee weekend operations while also actively helping host and support events.
What You’ll Do:
Party Host
- Oversee birthday parties and weekend events from start to finish
- Greet and assist families throughout their event
- Manage check-in and cashier responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the bounce house at all times to ensure safe play and enforce facility rules
- Help clean and reset the space after each party
- Assist with additional duties as needed based on the event
Open Play Attendant
- Assist with supervising open play and private play sessions
- Greet and assist families throughout their visit
- Manage check-in and cashier responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the bounce house at all times to ensure safe play and enforce facility rules
- Meet and coordinate with vendors arriving for events if needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play space before, during, and after events
- Assist with additional duties as needed based on the event
What We’re Looking For:
- Weekend availability is a MUST (Saturdays & Sundays, occasional Friday evenings)
- Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to making each event special for our guests
- Comfortable leading and coordinating staff, assigning responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations throughout the weekend
