Automotive Service Valet
-
Greet service customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
-
Assist with vehicle check-in and direct customers to appropriate service personnel
-
Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles, assisting technicians and advisors with moving vehicles through the service process

Maintain organization of the service drive, parking areas, and vehicle inventory; Keep service areas clean, orderly, and presentable at all times

Perform vehicle inspections for damage and document findings as needed

Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery when required

Shuttle customers and/or their vehicles to and from home, work, or other destinations as needed

Ensure all customer vehicles are handled with care and professionalism; Proactively communicate potential issues to provide the best possible customer experience.
All associates should abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Shifts vary. Dealership Operates Monday – Saturday and scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours.
- High school diploma or the equivalent

Authorized to work in the USA for any employer

All applicants must have a current and valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and must be insurable under our garage-keepers policy standards

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred; Familiarity with luxury vehicle brands and customer service expectations; Previous valet, porter, or automotive dealership experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic mathematical skills using American units of measure

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Abide by company dress code and personal appearance standards; Uniform may be required.

Physical demands include: frequently move and position body to traverse multi-level Dealership property and various terrain; enter/exit/drive vehicles; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 25lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion. Work is conducted inside, outside, on public and private roadways, and in proximity to moving vehicles and equipment in a shop environment.
