We're looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Service & Office Coordinator to join our Prairie du Chien team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping both customers and coworkers.
You'll be an essential member of the Prairie du Chien team - you'll jump in to answer phones, help with paperwork, and tackle whatever needs to be done to keep the store operating efficiently.
The primary focus of this role is coordinating our service & parts department and ensuring the operational, office side of the store runs smoothly. You'll manage service work orders, process warranty claims, communicate with customers and manufacturers, and help ensure our service & warranty department delivers an outstanding customer experience.
Just as importantly, if the sales staff or manager are busy assisting other customers, you’ll save the day by greeting customers, answering basic questions, and ensuring they get in touch with an expert - though it won’t be long before that’s you. If the manager is busy, you’ll be the go-to person for our service techs to check in with as well.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and enter service work orders.
- Process manufacturer warranty claims and follow them through completion.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, manufacturers, and vendors regarding service updates.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Welcome customers into the showroom and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Support the location manager and sales team with daily operational tasks.
- Organize and maintain accurate service records.
- Assist with parts processing and operational projects.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Participation in a rotating weekend schedule is required.
