At SWEAT208, we're more than a fitness studio—we're a community. We're looking for a bright, bubbly, and welcoming Front Desk Associate who loves connecting with people and creating an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
As the face of SWEAT208, you will:
- Greet every member and guest with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and studio inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Book, modify, and manage class reservations.
- Assist new clients with registrations, memberships, and studio information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Prepare studios between classes by resetting equipment and ensuring rooms are clean and ready for the next session.
- Perform cleaning duties after classes, including sanitizing equipment and maintaining studio cleanliness.
- Help keep the entire studio looking polished throughout the day.
- Assist instructors and team members with day-to-day studio operations.
- Monitor class attendance and check members in.
- Complete additional administrative and studio tasks as assigned.
- Help create a positive, supportive, and energetic atmosphere for our community.

Qualifications
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light cleaning and room setup throughout the shift.
