Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the FOH of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both casual dining environments, with experiene in events and marketing. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house management.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize food production.

Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through service.
Experience

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the Fine Dining Restaurant

Experience with Events

New Restaurant Opening Experience

Familiarity with POS systems

Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen management practices.

Experience in inventory control and budgeting is essential.

Previous experience in both Fine Dining and Upscale dining settings is preferred.
