What You'll Do as a Junior Recruiter / Account Executive
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Healthcare professionals to understand their career goals.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers across the country.
- Own the recruiting process from first conversation through accepted offer.
- Match exceptional talent with companies where they'll make an impact.
- Leverage modern recruiting technology including LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, AI, and other sourcing tools.
Who Thrives Here
- Have a bachelor's degree.
- Have 1+ years of sales experience or Sales or Marketing Internship (B2B, B2C, SaaS, retail, services, or similar).
- Enjoy building relationships and aren't afraid of connecting with people.
- Are competitive, resilient, coachable, and self-motivated.
