Job Summary
Community Health Centers of Oklahoma is seeking a qualified and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the organization. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, strengthening financial and operational performance, supporting quality patient care, and maintaining effective relationships with community partners, funders, staff, and the Board.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide overall leadership and management of Community Health Centers of Oklahoma.
· Work closely with the Board of Directors to implement strategic priorities, policies, and organizational goals.
· Oversee financial performance, operational effectiveness, compliance, staffing, and service delivery.
· Represent the organization with community partners, funders, public agencies, and other stakeholders.
· Support a strong organizational culture focused on accountability, quality care, teamwork, and community impact.
Minimum Qualifications
· Master’s degree in business administration or master’s degree in health related field is required.
· At least five years of management experience preferred, preferably in an ambulatory, community-based, nonprofit primary health care setting.
· Experience working with a voluntary Board of Directors required.
· Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and organizational skills required.
· Commitment to community health, patient access, and nonprofit service delivery required.
