Delivery Driver
Fetcher is a rapidly growing company revolutionizing how apartment communities receive maintenance supplies. We provide both on-demand and scheduled deliveries, helping maintenance teams keep their properties running efficiently. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable Delivery Driver to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
This is more than a delivery job. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking on their feet, and providing outstanding customer service. You'll become a familiar face to the apartment communities we serve, building strong relationships with our customers while ensuring they receive the products they need quickly and accurately.
This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving large and heavy items, including appliances.
Responsibilities
- Deliver maintenance supplies, appliances, and materials to apartment communities using a company-provided transit van.
- Complete both same-day (rush) and scheduled deliveries.
- Safely load, unload, and transport large, heavy, and bulky items, including appliances.
- Measure, fabricate, and assemble custom countertops and vertical blinds to customer specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools safely, including saws, drills, and cutting equipment.
- Communicate professionally with apartment maintenance teams and property staff during deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our routine customers.
- Think critically and resolve delivery challenges while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Represent Fetcher with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.

Scheduling & Flexibility
As a growing startup, flexibility is important. Our delivery operations generally take place between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and team members should be comfortable working a variety of shifts within those hours as business needs evolve.
