Umbrella Plumbing is looking for an outgoing, organized, and people-focused person who enjoys planning events, visiting clients, and building strong relationships in the community. This is a highly interactive role that focuses on helping us stay connected with property managers, businesses, vendors, and current customers while also helping us reach new customers through community involvement and events.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking with people, organizing lunches and events, helping with presentations and trade shows, and coming up with creative ideas to help the company grow relationships in the community.
You do not need formal experience. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, positive energy, creativity, and someone who enjoys helping create a great experience for clients and events.
What You’ll Do
- Visit apartment communities, businesses, and client properties to maintain relationships and introduce our services
- Help organize and attend lunches, trade shows, presentations, networking events, and community events
- Assist with setting up events and helping maintain company presence during events and outreach activities
- Deliver lunches, promotional items, and company materials to clients and properties
- Help create ideas for posters, flyers, giveaways, presentations, and event materials
- Spend time with clients and property teams to help strengthen long-term relationships
- Help coordinate schedules and details for outreach visits and events
- Assist with simple social media posts and community engagement activities
- Represent Umbrella Plumbing in a professional, friendly, and positive manner
