Integration Sales ManagerBig House Sound | Austin, Texas
Big House Sound is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Integration Sales Manager to help lead and expand our systems integration business.
For more than 35 years, Big House Sound has been one of Texas' most respected names in professional audio and event production. We are building on that foundation by growing our integration division and are looking for someone who is excited about developing client relationships, identifying opportunities, designing systems, and delivering successful projects.
This is not a desk job.
We're looking for a go-getter who enjoys meeting clients, creating opportunities, closing projects, and seeing those projects through completion. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable sitting across the table from a church board, school administrator, venue owner, or athletic director as they are walking a job site and helping commission a system.

- Build relationships within houses of worship, education, live entertainment, sports, and corporate markets
- Conduct site surveys and client consultations
- Design audio, video, DSP, and control systems
- Create project budgets, proposals, and presentations
- Manage projects from sale through installation and commissioning
- Coordinate subcontractors and installation crews
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations

- Current Q-SYS Level 1 and Level 2 Certification (Level 3 preferred)
- Proven experience designing and commissioning DSP-based audio systems
- Experience creating system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and project documentation
- Strong understanding of AV networking fundamentals, including VLANs, managed switches, and Dante audio networking
- Experience developing project proposals, budgets, and scopes of work
- Demonstrated success generating new business and developing client relationships
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Texas
- Ability to independently manage projects from initial client meeting through commissioning and closeout
Preferred Qualifications
- Crestron programming and commissioning experience
- Dante Level 2 or Level 3 Certification
- Experience with houses of worship, educational facilities, live music venues, and sports facilities
- CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D Certification
- Experience managing subcontractors and installation teams
- Existing relationships within the Texas AV market
What We Offer
- The backing of an established company with a 35-year reputation
- Full support from our accounting, operations, and administrative teams
- Access to experienced installation subcontractors and technical resources
- Existing client relationships and referral opportunities
- The ability to make a significant impact on the future growth of the division
- Competitive compensation with performance-based earning potential
Who Will Thrive Here
The right candidate doesn't wait for the phone to ring.
They are motivated by finding opportunities, building relationships, solving problems, and growing a business. They enjoy creating their own success and want the support of an established organization behind them while maintaining the freedom to drive results.
If you're looking for an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your success and the growth of the company, we'd like to talk.
Please do not apply unless you have direct commercial AV integration experience, Q-SYS certification, and a minimum of five years designing and deploying professional AV systems. This is not an entry-level installer position.
