FedEx Ground – Linehaul Team Drivers Needed (Full-Time)

We are an independent FedEx Ground contractor seeking Team CDL Drivers for DEDICATED linehaul runs (tractor-trailer). If you’re a safe, reliable driver who enjoys steady miles and predictable schedules, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time, Team Drivers, 5 days a week
- Routes: Dedicated FedEx Ground Linehaul (no-touch freight)
- Home Time: Weekly
Pay & Benefits
- .77 a mile (4350-5500 per week) $3,350-$4,235 per week
- Paid time off after first year of employment

Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (or as required by FedEx Ground)
- Clean MVR & background
- Doubles endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen and road test
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Operate tractor cab with double enclosed trailers.
- Safely transport trailers to and from FedEx Terminals
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring all safety equipment is functioning properly.
- Physically able to move trailer dollies.
- Maintain accurate records of runs, times, and any issues that may have arisen during transport.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols.
- Work effectively with dispatchers and other team members to manage delivery schedules and optimize runs.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and a willingness to follow established procedures.
Pay: $0.77 per mile
