Position Summary
This is a high-energy sales position responsible for generating appointments, making outbound phone calls to leads, and handling customer interactions in the mornings.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making 75+ outbound calls per day, handling inbound inquiries, explaining appropriate training options, and helping close memberships and personal training packages.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in fitness sales who enjoys both fitness and selling.
Compensation: Salary + Performance Bonuses/Commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to new and existing leads
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries with a strong focus on speed-to-lead
- Book free trials and performance assessments
- Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and client communication
- Build relationships with members and prospects to maximize retention and referrals
Qualifications
- Fitness sales experience required (gym memberships, personal training, wellness, or related industry)
- Experience selling personal training packages or high-ticket fitness services strongly preferred
- Comfortable making 75+ outbound calls daily
- Proven ability to close sales both over the phone and face-to-face
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High-energy, self-motivated, and competitive personality
- Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with outbound calls, KPI tracking, and organic outreach
Success in this role means:
- Booking 20+ assessments per week
- Generating new leads and conducting organic outreach
- Maintaining a high assessment booking/show rate
- Closing memberships at a high conversion rate
