Nurse Practitioner Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of patient information.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
- Experience in various medical settings such as outpatient clinics, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as geriatrics.
