Store General Manager Position Summary
Our store managers are directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of their store. A store manager oversees all sales, installations, service, and collections activities at the single-store level while delegating certain responsibilities to their respective team members. Managers are expected to meet company objectives, maintain inventory, maintain paperwork standards, and continually nurture a culture that focuses on teamwork and serving the customer to maintain employee morale and performance as well as customer satisfaction. Reports to the Regional Director.
The store manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere and the potential for great pay depending on performance.
Compensation
Earn between $60,000 - $130,000 with bonuses, depending on experience, plus factors (see below), and on-the-job performance. We also offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, paid vacation and holidays, a retirement plan with a 3% company match, and we are closed on Sundays.
Requirements / Responsibilities:
- At least 1 year in management (manger, assistant manager, sales manager, service manager, automotive service writer, or similar)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Must pass drug screen and thorough background check including criminal and driving history and credit report (position involves handling assets, financial accounts, and cash)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Plus Factors:

- Rent-to-own experience a plus
- Collections experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
