Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer the phone in a courteous and professional manner
Check in and out patients
Check insurances eligibility
Call insurances for prior authorizations
Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically
Make appointments
Fax, scan, and file documents
Prepare documents for mail out
Type documents as required with a high level of accuracy
Contribute equitably to maintaining the cleanliness of the practice
Maintain practice dress standards
Any other administrative duties as direct by Office Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
