Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional In-Home Caregivers to provide quality care and daily living support to clients in the comfort of their homes. Caregivers play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being while receiving personalized one-on-one care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Provide medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required
- Observe and report changes in client condition or concerns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving, home health, or CNA experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Valid CPR certification required before hire
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required before hire
