As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, assisting customers with product selection, providing education on cannabis strains, and ensuring a positive and safe shopping experience.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Budtender to join our team at Kusty. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, assisting customers with their cannabis product selections and providing valuable information to ensure a positive and safe experience.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and consumption methods of marijuana products
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock inventory and ensure shelves are properly displayed
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of marijuana products
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Experience in technical sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, effects, and consumption methods is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
