Healthcare Business Development Representative — Care Management Services
Anchored Health, LLC is a growing healthcare services and technology company based in Louisiana, specializing in Chronic Care Management (CCM), Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Transitional Care Management (TCM) for physician practices across the Southeast.
We're looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Representative to help grow our provider partnerships. In this role, you'll introduce physician practices to our care management proprietary technology platform and programs, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing account relationships. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that's scaling rapidly in one of healthcare's fastest-growing segments.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, prospect, and close physician practice partnerships for CCM, APCM, BHI, RPM, and TCM programs
- Build and maintain relationships with practice administrators, office managers, and providers
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Anchored Health's technology platform and service model
- Manage the full onboarding process for new practices — from initial meeting through go-live
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for practices in your portfolio, providing ongoing customer service and account support
- Coordinate with Anchored Health's clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track and report all sales activity, pipeline status, and account performance
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new leads
- Ensure all business development activities comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and Anti-Kickback Statute requirements
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in physician healthcare sales, business development, or account management
- Understanding of physician practice operations, Medicare/Medicaid billing, or value-based care programs preferred
- Experience selling B2B services to healthcare providers (Rural Health Clinics, Healthcare IT, CCM, or care management is a strong plus)
- Strong presentation and communication skills — you're comfortable presenting to physicians and practice leadership
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and build a pipeline from scratch
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required — relevant experience matters more
