Koriela Kitchen is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Bakery Team Member to join our growing team!
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with food and wants to be part of a professional, fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, desserts, and bakery products
- Follow recipes and production instructions accurately
- Measure and prepare ingredients
- Assist with mixing, shaping, baking, decorating, and finishing baked goods
- Prepare products for daily sales and catering orders
- Maintain consistent quality, appearance, and portion sizes
- Organize and maintain bakery workstations
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, and sanitary
- Wash equipment, dishes, and utensils as needed
- Properly store ingredients and finished products
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply shortages
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with packaging and preparing bakery orders
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a busy bakery environment
Requirements
- Previous bakery, pastry, kitchen, or food preparation experience preferred
- Baking or pastry experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Food Handler Certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain one
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekday and weekend availability preferred
