Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
- Support website management tasks using content management systems like WordPress and ensure website performance through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages that align with marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance using web analytics reporting and perform conversion optimization to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
- Assist in setting up and managing marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support the execution of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies including paid search marketing with Google AdWords.
- Contribute to website updates, technical troubleshooting involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management and performance enhancement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google AdWords.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, paid search marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Technical proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Skilled in graphic design with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for content creation.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for B2B or B2C audiences.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook Advertising and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to analyze web analytics data to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance marketing efforts.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking metrics, and reporting results.
- Prior experience in e-commerce environments or working with content management systems is advantageous.
