What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems
- Work on water heaters, fixtures, valves, leaks, repipes, drain systems, and standard residential plumbing needs
- Communicate clearly with customers, focusing on education and options rather than pressure
- Keep your van clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Work closely with dispatch, office staff, and teammates to deliver high-quality service
- Maintain professionalism, respect, and honesty in every home you enter

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in residential service plumbing
- Strong troubleshooting ability and confidence in the field
- Good communication skills, both with customers and teammates
- A collaborative mindset you don’t work alone, you work with a team
- Pride in your work and a commitment to doing the job right
- A desire to learn, grow, and help the people around you succeed
