We are currently seeking a Quality Control Manager who thrives in high-energy environments. Your primary focus will be to manage, drive, and execute our internal Quality Management System (QMS).

Core Responsibilities

Direct the daily operations of the Quality Management System.

Ensure ongoing compliance to maintain our ISO 9001-2015 accreditation.

Document and file inspection phases for our custom generator enclosures and fuel tanks to help ensure product excellence.

Monitor and document essential quality metrics, such as safety records, non-conformances, corrective actions, and feedback from our clients.

Log and manage continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee the warranty budget and handle all related claims.

Attend necessary off-site meetings with vendors and clients.
Qualifications and Skills

Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess at least 5 years of manufacturing quality experience.

Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards.

Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.

Proficiency with standard office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and web browsers.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Possess a valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Maintain high-level interpersonal skills for effective communication in person and via phone.

Utilize your analytical skills to interpret data and facilitate clear communication between staff, management, and customers.
