Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist with at least 6 months of recent CT experience for a night shift role requiring ARRT (R)(CT) and BLS certification.

Details

. Hospital-based CT Scan unit within the main hospital
13-week travel assignment on night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Wednesday
Typical daily staffing includes 4 techs plus a supervisor, with reduced weekend staffing of 3 day techs and 1 night tech
Unit is equipped with two in-house CT scanners (128-slice and 16-slice) and one 64-slice mobile unit
Uses Meditech EMR
Common procedures include CTA, ABD/PELV, and CAP scans
Night shift tech is cross-trained and may move between X-ray and CT as needed
