Contractor-Determined Schedule:
Delivery blocks start between 4:30 am - 6:00 am and last 8 - 10 hours
Monday - Friday | No Weekends

This opportunity is for a delivery driver (IC) to provide driving services and related labor supporting local distribution operations. The driver will sign an independent contractor operating agreement with an entity in the Capstone Logistics family of businesses. The IC will report to a designated warehouse or fulfillment facility, where freight is staged and loaded, complete assigned delivery routes consisting of frequent stops and continuous handling of boxed freight, interact professionally with customers at delivery locations, and return to the warehouse upon route completion.
Contractor Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: Contractor must be at least 21 years of age
- Vehicle: Ability to meet vehicle standards
- Insurance: Contractor must have a commercial insurance policy
- Driver’s License: Contractor must maintain valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Driving Experience: Contractor must have at least 6 months of driving experience
- Load Handling: Contractor must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Communication Skills: IC must communicate professionally, clearly, and courteously with customers, partners, and site personnel
- Teamwork & Independence: IC must collaborate effectively with other ICs while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently
