What You'll Earn
- $20.00 – $55.00/hr flat rate based on certifications and production
- Saturdays are your biggest earning day — we're booked solid
- GM factory training and ASE certification costs paid by us — your rate goes up as you level up

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Proficiency in diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repair
- Own professional toolset
- Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record
- Availability Saturdays — this is when the money is made
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Active Virginia Safety Inspector License (we'll sponsor it if you don't)
- GM/Chevrolet certifications or franchise dealership experience
- Experience with EV systems, ADAS calibrations, or diesel engines
- Master Tech credentials or active ASE certifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a plus, not a requirement; our team reflects the community we serve
