Client Service Representative (Receptionist)

North Star Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, professional Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments with accuracy and empathy
- Help clients navigate questions, concerns, and care instructions
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed records in our software system, Ezyvet
- Support your team by staying organized, proactive, and positive
- Ensure a clean, welcoming reception area at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary CSR
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfort with computers and multi-line phone systems
- A special person that is outgoing, gracious, loving, patient, efficient, sympathetic, loves people and animals
- Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Team player who takes initiative and brings good energy
This is an in-person position. We’re a hands-on team that thrives on in-person collaboration and face-to-face client care.
