Every member of the leadership team is either a BCBA or has worked directly as an ABA case manager, so decisions are made by clinicians, not investors.
What the role looks like:
- Caseload of roughly 6-10 clients, with oversight of around 100 direct therapy hours
- Mix of clinic-based sessions and school-based cases across several Midtown schools
- No client receives more than 30 hours of therapy a week; the focus is genuinely on what each kid needs, not maximizing billables
- Work from home 2 days a week, with the rest spent in person building real relationships with your clients, families, and RBTs
- Ongoing mentorship from senior BCBAs, plus a visiting BCBA program for peer collaboration across sites
